Main functions:
Carried by a large unmanned aerial vehicle, it flies 2 to 3 meters close to the sea surface and is launched 2 to 5 kilometers away from the target rail fortifications. After entering the water, the robot moves rapidly and semi-submerged on its own. Once visually guided to the target, the mechanical hand moves and the robot fully dives to the predetermined depth to precisely align with the foundation pile, then initiates the energy concentration charging and cuts off the base of the rail fortifications at a fixed point.
