Our County Successfully Completes Inventory Work for the First National Comprehensive Natural Disaster Risk Survey Emergency System

Since the deployment and launch of the first national comprehensive risk census of natural disasters, the county government has attached great importance to it. In order to do a good job in this census, it promptly established a group with Li Shishi, a candidate for the executive deputy county magistrate, as the group leader, and Ling Hao, deputy director of the county government office, Zhao Miaotao, director of the County Emergency Management Bureau, and Xia Hai, director of the county Finance bureau, as deputy group leaders. In addition, the census leading group of 24 member units of the Safety Committee, including the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Sports Bureau, and the technical expert team of the Provincial Emergency Management Department, Hunan Hanzhou Safety Technology Co., LTD., were invited to serve as the technical support for this comprehensive risk census of natural disasters. Together, they formulated the "First Comprehensive Risk Census Plan for Natural Disasters in Pingjiang County", clearly defining the division of responsibilities. Ensure the smooth progress of this census work.

In accordance with the various requirements of the provincial and municipal census offices, the county census office has carried out extensive publicity through various online and offline forms such as training and learning, wechat groups, posters, electronic screens, and county media official accounts, which has been understood and cooperated by the participating departments and the public. The census takers carried out the work of investigation, data entry, data review, summary and reporting in a thorough and meticulous manner. The entire process was well-organized, of high quality and efficiency, demonstrating the strong comprehensive quality of the census takers. After more than 20 days of arduous efforts, a total of 2,294 items of data information were reported in two major categories, namely disaster-bearing bodies and disaster reduction capabilities, six medium categories, and 21 minor categories. The data inventory task was successfully completed, laying a solid data foundation for the next step of work.
